High-Risk Nature of Leveraged ETFs
Leveraged ETFs are highly volatile, complex financial instruments. You can lose your entire investment rapidly. Never trade leveraged ETFs with capital you cannot afford to lose entirely.
LevSig LLC publishes signals that frequently involve leveraged Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). Before trading these instruments you should understand:
- Daily rebalancing causes compounding decay that erodes value in sideways or volatile markets, even when the underlying index is flat or rising.
- Leveraged ETFs are designed for short-term swing trading, not long-term holding. Holding them beyond the intended timeframe significantly increases risk of loss.
- A 2× or 3× leveraged ETF does not deliver exactly 2× or 3× the return of its underlying index over any period longer than a single trading day.
- LevSig LLC publishes a decay risk rating with every signal. This rating is informational only and does not constitute advice to trade or avoid any specific security.

Terms of Service
1. Description of Service
LevSig LLC provides a technical analysis signal publishing platform. Free tier subscribers receive signals on a core set of leveraged ETFs. Pro tier subscribers receive signals across an expanded universe of leveraged ETFs. By accessing either tier, you acknowledge that you are receiving published technical analysis data, not personalized financial management or advisory services.
2. No Automated Trading or Execution
LevSig LLC does not provide automated trade execution, trade routing, or brokerage integration of any kind. All signals are informational. You must manually evaluate and execute any trades in your own external brokerage account at your own risk and discretion.
3. Simultaneous Publication
All signals published by LevSig LLC are broadcast simultaneously to all eligible subscribers. No subscriber receives signals ahead of any other. This simultaneous publication is a material feature of our publisher status under applicable securities law.
4. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Pro tier subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already charged. LevSig LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
5. System Availability
LevSig LLC strives to deliver signals after every market close on trading days. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Market data providers, email systems, and infrastructure can experience technical failures outside our control. LevSig LLC is not liable for missed signals, delayed delivery, or any trading losses resulting from system downtime or data errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVSIG LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR TRADING LOSSES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY SIGNAL, ALERT, OR DATA PUBLISHED BY LEVSIG LLC. YOU TRADE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
8. Changes to These Terms
LevSig LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
